Driver found only two copies of this edition, one of which was in a private collection. See her entry at M37.6. At time of cataloguing, not listed at Peel or WorldCat. AMICUS lists only one copy of this edition, at the Universty of Manitoba, duplicating the location of one of the copies that Driver discoverd. Rare indeed. Mary Hiltz, B. S., M. A, was Associate Professor of Foods and Nutrition, and Mary Moxon was Associate Professor of Home Economics and Education, both at the University of Manitoba, Canada. 145 pages; about 19 X 14 cm. From copyright page: "Sixth Edition, (Revised)". Near Fine (clean and bright) in green cloth hardcover. In addition to a comprehensive list of recipes, includes sections on beverages; canning, pickling and preserving; preservation of meats; flour mixtures; candy making; recipes for fifty, invalid cookery; etc. In the preface, the editors write: "in this sixth edition of the cook book we have attempted to make a complete revision of the recipes included in the M.
