Dated (17 February 1917) and inscribed by the author in ink on the front free endpaper. Not least, Adelaide and Melbourne. Contains a 5-page list of subscribers to the first edition; preface by J. Wilbur Chapman; loosely inserted are a few newspaper clippings.
