End papers & fore edge foxed & toning at head of spine where a small piece is missing from the dust jacket. The latter has 3 short closed tears & foxing also on the inside as well as the white rear panel of dust jacket which has some penciled notes of Thwaite's regarding arrangements for Ashcroft & the South African actress, Olive Gregg (who has not signed the book & may not have come). Signed by Author(s). Book.
