Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. *** I WILL NOT TRADE WITH THE EU. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK POSTAGE IS £40 FOR THIS BOOK DUE TO THE WEIGHT. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY THE EXTRA POSTAGE WHEN I REQUEST IT OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUSED AND I WILL NOT TRADE WITH YOU AGAIN. *** This is a UK first edition hardcover published by John Lane, The Bodley Head in 1914. The photos show the book's condition better than I can describe, but it's in Very Good condition with straight spine, sharp corners and firm spine ends. The spine is sunned however and the pages heavily toned to the edges. Inside the book there is a label glued in with a previous owner name and a couple other labels glued to the title page for some reason. The pages are clean overall but there is foxing throughout the book. The title page confirms the publication by John Lane, The Bodley Head in 1914.
