The report includes estimates for rebuilding and firsthand accounts from Agent Theo. M. Jones. The agency’s buildings were badly constructed and prone to flooding. The location was overcrowded and unsafe, leading to health risks and storage problems. This document records a straightforward appeal for relocation funds to protect both supplies and tribal members living near the agency.
