Volume II: has 608 pages, was first published in 1972. Volume III: has 688 pages, was first published in 1974. All three volumes originally purchased from Henry Sotheran Ltd, Sackville Street, London bookshop with original labels on inside boards. All pages intact and nice tight bindings, the odd mark on edge of papers please see photos. Please note in the measurement section I have chosen to put the size of Volume I, but in the weight section I have listed the weight of all three books.
