The Series Editor and contributing author, Mike Bailey, is the Chair of Examiners for AQA Biology. An ex-teacher and regular advisor to QCA, Mike has written at a number of levels. He also speaks at INSET courses run by AQA.

Keith Hirst is an ex-teacher and has written at a number of levels. He is a senior examiner with AQA at both A/AS-level and GCSE Biology and is a regular advisor to QCA.
