Jeri Sedlar is the co-author of On Target: Enhance Your Life and Ensure Your Success (MasterMedia, 1993), and a partner of SEDLAR & MINERS, a consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and coaching of senior management. Her clients include Citibank, Maybelline, Fairchild Publications, and other Fortune 500 companies. She's also the former editor-at-large of Working Woman magazine. Ms. Sedlar has appeared on MSNBC, The Maury Povich Show, and numerous local morning talk shows and radio programs to promote On Target.

Rick Miners is the co-author of On Target and co-partner of SEDLAR & MINERS. He is the former president of Goodrich & Sherwood, a global human resources consulting company where he managed outplacement and executive coaching practices and helped hundreds of executives in various stages of transition.
