A small bump on front, lower cover, otherwise Very Good. From Robinson's website: "While shopping the book to publishers, I was also looking for someone to do an introduction. This time, I wanted to avoid the literary types - please, no more novels! - so I began to think of critics or photographers. At that point in the world of photography color photography was not taken seriously as an artistic medium. In fact, color was suspect. (We now know that serious but yet-to-be famous photographers were taking color photos, but they weren't telling anyone; they were still in the closet, so to speak). There was one exception, Ernst Haas, a Swiss photographer based in New York. He shot in color - and he had photographed lots of reflections in New York as well. He was an obvious choice, and when I approached him, he readily agreed. I was happy with Ernst's introduction; he wrote as a photographer who himself was fascinated with reflections and understood what I was attempting. He got it.". N° de réf. du vendeur 24169
