A propos du livre

Présentation de l'éditeur

Real estate appraiser, Tyler Greenlee, walked into a vacant house on assignment and found a body hanging from the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It startled him almost to shock, but he steeled himself to stop and take pictures. But then, when he left and called the police and returned with them, the body had disappeared. Whose body was it and where did it go? Then everything turned worse and he found himself a persistent target of someone and his life in constant danger. Sue Connors, the manager of the mortgage company and who had given him the appraisal assignment finally consented to a date with him and they were both nearly killed when they were forced off the highway and she was hospitalized. They kept trying to kill Tyler and he became terrified with fear of being killed with his truck being bombed. He became almost panic stricken to turn the ignition switch on his truck. The search for the body became intense when others were losing their life and Tyler decided the body must be found soon before more people were killed. When the former Army Captain, Kate Simmons, now a Lieutenant in the sheriff’s detectives, was also nearly killed trying to help Tyler, he felt drawn to both women. He found himself attracted to someone for the first time since losing his wife two years ago.

Biographie de l'auteur

Bill W. Smith is a retired Realtor and real estate appraiser with a knack for writing the intrigue and mystery. The third book since his retirement and he writes with the fun of what comes next. He draws on some experiences as a Realtor and an appraiser with experience in Little Rock and Jonesboro, Arkansas. Again, the story flows with a definite pull to turn the nest page. With 85 years of history behind him, he gives up the words with the thought of what if? Why not?
