Marina Ubach is a journalist and writer and was born in 1970 in Barcelona. She worked as a radio reporter until 1998 and then specialized in interior design. Having graduated with a BA in Journalism, she has worked for various decoration magazines, with which she continues to collaborate on a freelance basis.

Pere Planells is a photographer who specializes in architecture, decoration, and travel, and whose work appears in the books Spectacular Pools, More Spectacular Pools, and Mediterranean Lifestyles. His photos have also appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Côte-Sud, Elle Décor, and Marie Claire.
