À propos de l'auteur

Nancy Bardacke, RN, CNM, MA is a nurse-midwife, mindfulness teacher, and Founding Director of the Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) program at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. A meditation practitioner for over 40 years, she created MBCP by adapting mindfulness principles for expectant parents. She founded the nonprofit Mindful Birthing and Parenting Foundation, which has served over 100,000 parents and trained hundreds of teachers around the world.
