Sally Cook is the coauthor of Another Season: A Coach's Story of Raising an Exceptional Son. Her articles and reviews have appeared in many national publications, including The New York Times, Family Circle, and Parenting. This is her first picture book. Sally, her husband, Bob, and their two children, Liz and Alex, enjoy walking their dog, Rover, around the corner to visit Laura Cornell and her daughter, Lilly.

Laura Cornell lives in New York City with her daughter, Lily (first and only), but they spend much time in California, Laura's first state in her first home. She was asked to illustrate Jamie's first book, and that became ten. Lucky is the first word that comes to mind.
