Marybeth Boller, Executive ChefMarybeth Boller joined Bergdorf Goodman’s in January of 2012. Marybeth is a graduate of Providence College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City. She has worked in some of New York’s finest kitchens, as Sous Chef at Restaurant Jean Georges and as Executive Chef at Restaurant Lafayette and Laura Belle. Marybeth has also cooked abroad in the kitchens of La Gavroche in London and Auberge de Ill in Illhausen, France. Prior to joining Bergdorf Goodman, she was the owner of Marybeth’s Caterers in Greenwich, Connecticut.
