À propos de l?auteur

Victor W. Porlier is the executive director of the Center for Civil Renewal in New York City. He has a weekly Y2K column, called "Digital States and Associations," on the Westergaard Year 2000 Website. As Chief of Information System Development for the U.S. Foreign Aid Program has been aware of the millenium bug since its early years and has been actively trying to bring the problem to the attention of the public and the nation's leaders for the past several years.
