Arthur B. Sculley spent twenty-five years with J.P. Morgan in asset management and corporate finance. He is now a partner in Sculley Brothers LLC, a private investment firm. In 1997, Institutional Investor named him one of the top twenty people revolutionizing on-line finance.

W. William A. Woods, with over fifteen years experience as a securities lawyer and securities market consultant, has cofounded a company that consults on the development of securities exchanges around the world. He is also CEO of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
