Lanny G. Chasteen, Ph.D., CPA, is the Arthur Andersen Alumni Centennial Professor and Head of the School of Accounting at Oklahoma State University. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and masters and doctorate degrees from the University of Arkansas.

Richard E. Flaherty, Ph.D., CPA, is a professor of accounting at Arizona State University. He received his bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees from The University of Kansas. He was Executive Director of the Accounting Education Change Commission.

Melvin C. OConnor, Ph.D., CPA, is a professor of accounting at Michigan State University. He earned his bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees at The University of Kansas.
