He is licensed as an AWS-CWI, UT level II, ICBO - SS/W, and is a Registered Deputy Building Inspector for Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernadino, and San Diego among others. Mr. Mouser teaches courses on structural steel and welding inspection and has many years of experience inspecting different types of structures throughout the United States.
