This new evolution textbook is directed toward the non-science major. It is important to note that it is not intended for the upper-division evolution course. The author's goal in writing "Evolution-Darwin Today" is to engage the student by weaving high-interest elements right into the body of the text as opposed to placing them in pedagogical features such as boxed readings. This encourages the reading of assigned material and increases the comprehension level. Initial interest in this title has been high as there doesn't appear to be such a textbook available on the market now.
