Frank Ohrtman (Denver, CO) has just completed his MSE degree in Telecommunications at Colorado University. Since 1999 he has help positions as Qwest's Account Manager for Lucent Technologies, where he installed the carrier's softswitch, and Vsys's Sales Manager for Softswitch. He almost 20 years of experience in professional networking.
