Leslie Braksick is a much-sought executive coach, strategy execution consultant, and behavioral expert. Her CEO and C-suite clients rely on her wisdom and unrelenting commitment to their success as they navigate the greatest challenges of their careers. Leslie is known for her ability to quickly grasp a company's complex history and culture, and help its executives make strategic change happen well and quickly. She has been at the heart of some of the world's largest merger integrations and has pioneered behavior-change strategies as clients work through issues like double-digit growth, divestitures, integrations, and major strategic shifts.

Leslie holds a doctorate in Applied Behavioral Science and a master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In 1993, she co-founded The Continuous Learning Group, Inc.
