Bob is a former radar and communications system engineer and executive manager of a corporate business unit that helped develop GPS for the U.S. Air Force. Now a business advisor to high-tech companies, he is also a navigation instructor and the author of several top-selling nautical references and several U.S. Power Squadrons course books.
