He is Founder and Chief Editor of the ASCE Journal of Pipeline Systems Engineering and Practice and author of the Trenchless Technology: Pipeline and Utility Design, Construction, and Renewal, and Trenchless Technology Piping: Installation and Inspection both by McGraw-Hill. He lives in Arlington, Texas.
