Mark A. Richards, Ph.D. is a Principal Research Engineer and Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing and a past Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. He served as General Chair of the IEEE 2001 Radar Conference.
