Previously, he was a Senior Staff Engineer and Manager of Engineering for Tellabs, Inc. Author of six books and holder of eleven patents, Mr. Williams has served as an industrial consultant and the Chairman of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) chapter on Long Island.
