Prior to joining the Oracle Database Appliance product team, Sharma worked with Oracle Consulting Services for more than ten years and amassed a wealth of real-world experience and understanding of customer challenges. he has worked withOracle technology implementations in various industries domestically and internationally. Sharma's specialization is highly available, high performance, mission critical systems. Sharma is a strong customer advocate. He is currently a member of the Oracle board and the Oracle Liaison for the worldwide Real Application Clusters Special Interest Group (RAC SIG). Sharma has written several Oracle white papers and writes the Oracle Database Appliance blog.
