Andrew Bindman, MD (San Francisco, CA) is Professor of Medicine, Health Policy, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, at the University of California, San Francisco and is Director of the University of California Medicaid Research Institute and UCSF's Primary Care Research Fellowship.
Alicia Fernandez, MD (San Francisco, CA) is Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She is a primary care physician, teacher, and health services researcher at San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH).
