He is President of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Oracle Professionals in the Washington, DC area and is well known in the Oracle User Group Community.

Kelly McDonald Cox is an independent consultant specializing in the Oracle database and tools, based in the Washington D.C. area. In addition to her client work, she writes and teaches courses on the Oracle databaase and application server for Learning Tree International, has been a speaker at several Oracle conferences, and is a member of the International Oracle Users Group (IOUG) Portal SIG and Web steering committees.
