Marcus D. Bates (South Mountain Community College, Phoenix, AZ) teaches wireless and networking courses. He has nearly seven years of telecommunications experience selling voice and data services for AT&T and a CLEC during the turn of the century. In the past three years, he has been a consultant/trainer at TC International Consulting of Phoenix.
