Sean Marriott has many years' freelance experience as a graphic designer and illustrator, magazine journalist and freelance editor and writer. He was Assistant Editor of London International magazine for two years, and in 1989 he co-founded Rock Against Repatriation in aid of the Vietnamese 'boat people'. Paula Jacobs is an experienced freelance editor and writer who has contributed to many books on management topics. She runs the 'Women in Publishing' mentoring scheme.
