"Graphic Gems II" contains over seventy new "gems" - computer graphics programming techniques and insights, contributed by professional graphics programmers - on many of the same topics covered in "Graphics Gems" (ray tracing, rendering, image processing and curves and surfaces), including a new section on radiosity. Many of the gems contain public domain implementations in the C language which are complete and ready-to-run. Although the book refers to "Graphics Gems", "Graphics Gems II" is self-contained, discrete reference on computer graphics.
