TONI HEBDA presently works in the information services department of West Penn Allegheny Health System and teaches in the postgraduate informatics certificate program at Duquesne University School of Nursing in Pittsburgh.

PATRICIA CZAR is Manager of Clinical Systems at St. Francis Health System in Pittsburgh. She has been an active member and leader in local and international computer user groups.

CYNTHIA MASCARA is a senior consultant for the health care information solutions vendor Shared Medical Systems (SMS). She has experience with project management as well as the design and implementation of clinical information systems.
