TOM TAORMINA founded Productivity Resources LLC and is now Managing Partner. He has been a facilitator for companies such as Dell, Ford Motor Credit, and Burlington Northern Railroad. He has developed and delivered seminars on Self-Directed Work Teams for The University of Houston's Center for Advanced Management Practices, and on Conflict Resolution for NASA at the Johnson Space Center. Taormina currently specializes in helping companies enhance their strategic business initiatives through ISO 9000.
