For graduate level Supervision courses found in departments of educational administration or educational policy and leadership.
This practical guide, covering both clinical and instructional supervision, uses a broad-based approach to acknowledge the diversity of practice environments in supervision by focusing on skills needed to be successful, rather than on titles or the specific tasks of supervision. The authors present the most current, teacher effective research available and apply it to real experiences with the extensive use of case studies, scenarios, and illustrations.
