Jeffrey H. Reed, recent Director of the Mobile and Portable Radio Research Group (MPRG) and Professor of Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech, specializes in software radios, smart antennas, interference rejection, modem design, and position location. Dr. Reed is co-author/co-editor of eight books and bas written chapters for many others.
