Professor, College of Science, San Jose State University. Dr. Garcia holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin. He has published over 90 journal articles in his field of microscopic fluid mechanics and has organized numerous international workshops in this field. He has also been the physics consultant on several animated feature films.
