Biographie de l'auteur

Matt A. Casado is an Emeritus Professor in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff. He is also the author of the Food and Beverage Service Manual, Conversational Spanish for Hospitality Managers and Supervisors, and Conversational Spanish Grammar for the Hospitality Classroom, published by John Wiley & Sons. His teaching specialty is hospitality operations, and his research interest centers on higher education hospitality curriculum. A veteran of the hospitality industry, he trained in Switzerland and England before managing hotels in Spain and the United States
