Anthony E Lang, Jr., is a professor in the Department of Political Science at Albright College and is the author of Agency and Ethics: The Politics of Military Intervention. Albert C. Pierce is Director of the Center for the Study of Professional Military Ethics. The project that produced this book began while he was Professor of Military Strategy at the National War College. Joel H. Rosenthal is the president of the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs and editor of the journal Ethics & International Affairs.
