Edward Singer is an independent consulting engineer in mobile radio communications, New York, New York. He has 45 years of experience in radio communications, including six years as a Field Engineer with the FCC and over 14 years in fire communications with the New York City Fire Department. He holds five patents in electronics and allied fields and was the recipient of several awards for his work in fire and radio communications.
