Bill Langley earned a Master of Science degree from North Texas State University and a PhD. in Education from East Texas State University. He is the author of more than 20 books and numerous articles concerning the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. A former air conditioning instructor at Tarrant County Junior College, Mr. Langley is currently a self-employed technical writer.
