À propos de l'auteur

KAHLIL GIBRAN, poet, philosopher and artist, was born near Mount Lebanon in 1883. His many masterpieces include THE PROPHET, THE VISION and THE BELOVED, and his works have been translated into more than twenty languages. He died in 1931.

ROBIN WATERFIELD has been a university lecturer, and both copy-editor and commissioning editor for Penguin. He is now a self-employed writer and consultant editor.
