Synopsis

The writings of Gustav Herling have been appearing for many years in the Polish emigre magazine 'Kultura' but have now been brought together in this one book. À propos de l'auteur

Gustav Herling was born in 1919 in central Poland, the child of a flour mill owner. He spent two years in a Soviet labour camp, and after the war came to live in London where he founded the Polish magazine Kultura. He now lives in Naples.
