À propos de l'auteur
Rodney Brazier is Professor of Law at the University of Manchester. He has been editor of de Smith's CONSTITUTIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW since its third edition, published in 1977.
Stanley de Smith was Downing Professor of the Laws of England at the University of Cambridge.
