À propos de l'auteur

Elizabeth David learned to appreciate good food as a student in Paris, and later developed her taste in Greece, India and Egypt. Her first book, Mediterranean Food, was published in 1950 and revolutionised cooking in dreary post-war Britain.

JillNorman is an award-winning cookery writer in her own right, and is Elizabeth David`s literary executor.
