Jeff Gates is a lawyer, merchant banker, political adviser and consultant to government, corporate and union leaders worldwide. As counsel to the US Senate Committee on Finance during the 1980s he was a leading figure of the US legislation encouraging employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He lives in Atlanta.
