Dennis Swann is currently Professor of Economics at Loughborough University. He has acted as economic adviser to a number of national and international bodies including the United Nations and the Office of Fair Trading. He is the author or co-author of fourteen books dealing with competition policy, consumer protection, privatization and deregulation.
