Synopsis

J.M.Coetzee has won many literary awards including Booker prizes for his novels Life & Times of Micheal K and, most recently, Disgrace.

Born in Cape Town, he was educated in South Africa and the United States and is now a professor of general literature at the University of Cape Town.
