Mr Moon, a retired policeman, sees a child-like figure leap onto a train one day, and decides to follow it through country lanes and tiny villages. Nameon, the dwarf, doesn't realize he is being followed, he is just bewildered to find himself in the human world, and Mr Moon continues his case.
