Michael Hofmann is the son of a distinguished German novelist. He publishes with Faber and lives in north London. Michael Longley lives in Belfast and used to work for the Arts Council there. He is married to the critic Edna Longley.
Robin Robertson is editorial director of Cape. He lives in kilburn,north London.
