Derek S. Pugh is Visiting Professor of International Management at the Open University Business School. He has also edited ORGANIZATION THEORY for Penguin. David J. Hickson is Professor of International Management and Organization at the University of Bradford Management Centre. The authors have also co-authored the bestselling MANAGEMENT WORLDWIDE.
